 Hello Ivo and Beverly and everyone at Baldoni!

I just want to thank you so much for the recent service on my accordion!  I have really enjoyed this instrument for many years of good use and some abuse (sitting in the heat at festivals, the cold of the bottom of a tour bus, etc).  The 5 stops are pretty much my sounds, so even though I had considered buying a new accordion, it did mean losing my sound and acclimating to a new set.

You can always tell when someone just wants to get off the phone with you and move on to more important people- I have to say that Beverly was fantastic on the phone and very friendly.  Ivo- you are amazing, and I so appreciated the fact that even though my accordion is not a Baldoni, you wanted to make sure that once I had her back I would understand how to preserve the life and integrity of this fine instrument.  Thanks so much for sending the brochure, and thanks for caring about my instrument, which means that you care about your customer!

I'm really excited about my touring schedule- we start next week, so I got my accordion back in good time to run through the songs by myself before rehearsals.  We'll be in the US and Canada for the summer , and then Europe in the fall.  By the way, you'll appreciate that I tried contacting Weltmeister in Germany (we're playing a few gigs there) and thought I should hook up with them, they gave me an endorser deal a while back... all to no avail, haven't heard a word.

SO- when the time comes for me to invest in another "box", Baldoni will be getting the call.  In the meantime, I am thrilled to have found a safe place to have mine serviced.  Thanks so very much.  Can you tell I'm happy?  I sure hope so.
